As we do not employ salespeople to come and take your order, all orders are placed via our website www.warehouse.cy or on our dedicated Warehouse Cyprus app (available on Apple App Store, Google Play and Huawei App Gallery).
Our Prices
Being a low-cost Cash & Carry supplier, our prices are continuously checked, compared & adjusted and this is why at any given time the majority of our products are some of the cheapest in Cyprus.
Price Stability
Sadly due to the current uncertain economic climate, our costs are being controlled by a host of external factors, (supplier pricing & shipping costs etc), therefore all prices are offered subject to change without notice.
Price Match
However, although we cannot make any guarantee, if you find the same item being sold cheaper by one of our competitors (excluding sale items) just let us know and if we can – we will try to match or better their price.
Stock Range
So that we can offer you not only the very best low-cost prices, but also the widest range of products, we are continuously adding hundreds of new products every week.
Product Availability
Due to continuing international supply issues, our stock level are being controlled by many external factors, (raw material availability & shipping delays etc), therefore all items are offered subject to availability basis.
Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order value, however – orders under €150.00 (excl VAT) incur a €10 delivery charge.
Credit Terms
To keep our overheads and your prices as low as possible, we do not offer credit facilities and all goods must be paid for either online or upon delivery.

Payment On Delivery / Aborted Delivery
Important Notice:
Our prices are low because we keep our overheads low, therefore – should you choose the payment on delivery option, you must ensure that the payment (Cash or Current Dated Cheque) is available for the driver to collect. If delivery arrives and the payment is not available, the driver will not make the delivery and a €10.00 aborted delivery charge will be added to your account.
Returns - Expired
As a low-cost Cash & Carry, we cannot accept expired returns, therefore – we provide minimum expiry dates on all our perishable products.
Returns - Damaged
If any of the goods delivered in your order are damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of your delivery and we will replace your damaged goods. Damaged goods reported later 24 hours cannot be replaced.
Delivery Mistakes
To ensure that delivery mistakes are kept to a minimum, all orders are processed, checked and video recorded at our warehouse before being delivered. However – if you suffer from any delivery mistake, (wrong item, missing item etc) you must report this to the delivery driver and specify the mistake on both copies of the delivery note.
Returns & Credits
Any refund agreed with the customer is made by issuing a credit on the customer’s account and this credit can be used by the customer as part payment towards any subsequent purchases.
Delivery Charges
To offer our customers the most competitive product pricing without a minimum order value, a €10.00 delivery charge is added to all orders under €150, orders over €150 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery Times
We always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, often the same day – however, to keep our prices as low as possible, we ask customers to allow up to 72 hours from time of order (excluding Sundays).
